The Chocolate
We use luxurious Belgian chocolate in all our items and can also make special requests in dairy-free chocolate. These are usually made to order, so please give us as much warning as you can if the chocolate is needed by a specific date.

Chocolate flavour comes from the cocoa content; the higher the percentage, the stronger the flavour. The chocolate we use is:
Dark Chocolate
minimum of 54.5% cocoa
Ruby Chocolate
minimum of 47.3% cocoa
Dairy-free milk Chocolate
minimum of 43% cocoa
Milk Chocolate
minimum of 40.7% cocoa
Dairy-free white Chocolate
minimum of 36.5% cocoa
Gold Chocolate
minimum of 30.4% cocoa
White Chocolate
minimum of 28% cocoa
